Ballots were sent out on January 7, I received mine on January 11th I live in Northern Michigan.
On the front of the ballots are the question, on the back a copy of the actual resolution. Here is STG's recommendation on how to vote and why.

Sault Triibe Should Build a New Casino Similar To Bay Mills in Vanderbilt, Michigan
The Romulus deal which is currently under referendum only makes me ask, what kind of board members do we have who aren't able to do this themselves? And I say this only to the ones who voted for it. Dumb, dumb, dumb. I am sorry but they have only proven my words by their actions.
